Last Night And This Morning, I Began Having Bright-green Bowel

Last night and this morning, I began having bright-green bowel movements. Is this something I need to be concerned enough to contact my primary care physician about? My diet and medications have not changed and I have not eaten anything green in the past couple of days. My liver is being monitored for liver disease, but has not been a concern as of a couple of months ago. My physical condition has not changed (i.e. I feel good).
