Last Night And Today I Have Sudden Uncontrollable Shaking, Freezing,

Last night and today I have sudden uncontrollable shaking, freezing, "goose bumps, it hurts down to my bones. My heart feels like it's racing and my head hurts. No matter how many blankets I pile under, I can't stop this feeling. I'm absolutely freezing yet my husband says it's hot in the house. I've been stressed out and I have anxiety so I took an anxiety pill but it doesn't phase it. Any ideas?
