Last Night Before I Showered I Noticed Little Red Bumps

Last night before I showered I noticed Little red bumps on the trunk of my body. They don't itch very much, they are only on my stomach and back all in the mid-section. I was in the Poconos with friends over the weekend and am scared I have been bit by a tick or mosquito carrying a virus.
In addition, last week we took in a stray cat but have since put him back out in the garage searching for a new owner. He has a flea collar on.
We have our own cat that loves to hunt, he has never brought in any dead animals he leaves outside. He is an indoor outdoor cat obviously.
I went to immediate care today and they prescribed Triamcinolone cream and Hydroxyzine.
