Last Night Before Going To Bed I Put Some Dermovate

Last night before going to bed i put some dermovate on an acne scar which exists on my forehead. Now there is a big whitening around that area and i think some little points also exists. When you look at my face directly you can differentiate normal red area and white one... is it reversible?
