Last Night I Had Unprotected Sex With A Known Premiscuious

Last night i had unprotected sex with a known premiscuious female, when i inserted my finger into her vagina i felt a wealth of small lumps on her two side walls . I have had 3 other serious girlfriends, long term relationships and none of them have ever felt like that. they were smooth. i am absolutely positive that they were genital warts or HPV, Can you please give me advice on what to do from here??
