Last Night My Face Started To Itch. I Took A

Last night my face started to itch. I took a benadryl. This morning I woke up and my face is all red (looking sunburned) and feels like it is on fire. I ate nothing unusual, and no changes in make-up, lotion or soap. I am going through an extremely stressful time in my life right now. Do you think this is some type of allergic reaction or could it be stress?
