Last Night My Friend Gave My Dog A Pork Chop

Last night my friend gave my dog a pork chop bone and I didn't know until my dog had eaten most of it. After that he started acting funny and not wanting to get up, he just wanted to sleep. Today I noticed him become worse and not walking very good and not drinking or eating. He went outside and vomited pork chop bones and he also pooped but nothing abnormal as far as I can tell. He seems to have a hard time with his back legs when he walks like he is constipated or something, but he didn't have trouble this morning when he went poop. What should I do?
