Last Night My Husband And I Were Eating And Approx.

Last night my husband and I were eating and approx. 20 min. into eating I fell suddenly full with sever pain in my upper stomach, almost a paralyzing pain. The pain subsided enough to move and get out of the restaurant. I went straight to bed because I wasn't feeling well. I'm burping alot more then usual. And still have moderate to severe pain. I haven't ate anything today as I still feel full but my stomach is growling from hunger. I have drank a little bit of fluids but even that makes the pain worse.
