Last Night My Left Chest Was Vibrating Like A Cell

Last night my left chest was vibrating like a cell phone. It would pulsate on and off for about a minute then stop for a minute and then start again. It started again driving to work. It is so weird, it fills like I swallowed a watch with a vibrater and ended up in my chest. The only thing I did yesterday that it could be is I used a weed and grass killer. Could this have something to do with it.
