Last Night Severe Pain In My Right Side Of Chest

Last night severe pain in my right side of chest occurred. In the morning it was gone but now in the second night while sleeping it occurred again nd now in pain I m writing to you for advice. I hv taken combiflam is it right..n tomorrow morning to whom should I consult specialist or physician. It at the end of the lungs in right side.
