Last Period Starts On 7th August. Had Unprotected Sex 8

Last period starts on 7th August. Had unprotected sex 8 days ego but took unwanted 72 within 20 mints. After 3 days of taking pill, there was a feeling in lower abdomen like period is coming with heavy back pain. The felling persist for 3 days. Now feeling soreness in my nipple. But till now, no withdrawal bleeding. What should I do?
