Last Time I Used This Site, I Did Not Get

Last time I used this site, I did not get an answer. I was promised an answer which did not come and was charged 25 USD and then another 30 USD when I sent an enquiry why my answer was not coming. I paid a total of 55 USD for nothing so think its cheaper to visit a doctor instead and get an answer right away.
