Last Week I Fainted My Doctor Told Me I Have

Last week I fainted my Doctor told me I have HBP he gave me pills and he told me to come back the next day. When I came back my HBP was normal again and he told me to use Adco Retic pills (with a star shape) but he said I must use half during night. What are they for? How long can I use them.
