Last Week I Had A Really Bad "kink" In My

Last week I had a really bad "kink" in my neck (left side), the pain subsided there after two to three days but the pain had migrated down to my arm from around the shoulder and at least part way down my humerus and has stayed there since. Pain is chronic and pain meds (800mg ibuprofen) barely make a dent...in fact tonight its been three hours since taking same dose and absolutely no effect. I've noticed slight tingling all the down the rest of my arm into my fingers all day today (and possibly yesterday too now that I think about it) Could I have a pinched nerve??
