Last Week I Had What I Thought Was The Beginning

Last week I had what I thought was the beginning of a sinus infection. I was swallowing a lot of mucus, and had a upset stomach. Now the drainage has gotten much better, and so has the upset stomach, but now I have diarrhea. And just a bit of stomach ache, but not much. Is this just the crap getting out of my system?r
