Last Week I Was Diagnised With Shingles And I Just

Last week I was diagnised with shingles and I just completed the medication It seemed to be disapaiting but today I woke up with what looks like chicken pocks, is this possible or di yu think its an allergic reaction. Its all over both arms and my back and stomach. The shingles were only on the left side of my body.
