Last Week I Was Diagnosed With BV And A UTI

Last week I was diagnosed with BV and a UTI and was prescribed antibiotics and gel cream to inject into my vagina for 5 days now I have pinkish white tissue like discharge no itching no burning or smell... could I be pregnant? Is this normal? I'm also on the depo shot.
