Last Week I Went In To Have A Physical And

Last week I went in to have a physical and blood work done, everything came back normal except my blood platlet count was low at 135 I'm supper worried at what could cause this and just curious if this is a normal thing that happens or is this a dangerous number I should be worried about? I'm 26 years old and I've read certain medicines can cause a low count which I'm on Celixa and Xanax and I also have a copper iud as a form of bc could this be why it's low? I'm a nervous wreck and so worried need your reassureance!!!! Thank you
