Last Week I Had Swelling On Stiffness In My Right

Last week i had swelling on stiffness in my right hand! Out of nowhere no injury was sustained a few days later the same thing happend in my shoulder the left side! Now today my left hand has the same swelling and stiffness n pain as my left had did? No inury has been sustained! What is goin on
