Last Week I Started To Spot An,it Was Very Light

Last week i started to spot an,it was very light an i started cramping n hurting, i was 14 days early ,, next day i was at work n i felt something an,i started bleeding n n stringy started in my bleeding,,, n i was so crappy near my ribs an hurting.... Now i bleed for a day an its veey light,, n like the next day,, i have alot of bleed what is going on,, im so connfused
