Last Week My 7 Year Old Started Having Nose Bleeds.

Last week my 7 year old started having nose bleeds. 2 a day for about 4 days. Since then she has been complaining of stomach pain and is having loose stools multiple times a day. Should I be concerned?
I've been making sure she's not dehydrated and is drinking lots of water etc.
She hasn't done anything differently it ate anything unusual.
