Last Week My Two Year Old Suffered A Very Bad

Last week my two year old suffered a very bad fall, in which he hit his head very hard against a wall made of concrete. I took him immediately to the ER and they watched him for any signs of concussion. He didn't have any symptoms. But I have noticed that he has bruising on the bridge of his nose near his eye. Could it be from the fall? He has a bruise in His forehead where he whacked the wall. It is slowly disappearing.
