Last weekend thought had food poisoning, started diarrhea, vomiting, got pretty dehydrated, lasted 24 hrs. Started to feel better however few days after that intermittent nausea returned. Sharp stabbing stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea currently, only controlled with Imodium and pepto bismol.
