Last Year I Fell Down Stairs Hitting My Bum Cheek

Last year I fell down stairs hitting my bum cheek hard on every step top to bottom now I have a dent and this wired lump that can be seen through my trousers making me feel very uncomfortable, sometimes it feel like I'm carrying another bum in my back side when I walk due to this , is there any treatment I want this lump gone
