Last Year I Wrestled For My School, After A Couple

Last year i wrestled for my school, after a couple of weeks practicing i got some weird pain on the right side of my wrist. (right hand) It hurts whenever i seem to put pressure on it and twist it. Its been hurting for like a year. Any help would be much appreciated!
