Last Year My Doctor Put Me On A Low Dose

Last year my doctor put me on a low dose of Lisinopryl for prehypertensive blood pressure and also 50mcg of Synthroid for my thyroid. I am 47 yrs old, female, 5'3", 180 lbs. In the last 3 mos. I have developed an itching and burning and sometimes spotty blood on tissue problem. I can't see anything but I think maybe I have de veloped hemroids. How can I know for sure. What type of doctor should I be examined by?
