Lastnight I Felt Like I Had A Fever Almost, But

Lastnight I felt like I had a fever almost, but the sweating only seemed to be in my chest/torso area. I was told once before my blood pleasure was low but nothing serious. I've been having chest pain and shortness of breath on and off lately. What might this be??
