Late At Night I Am Woken Up Very Suddenly With

Late at night I am woken up very suddenly with severe pain in my upper right thigh. It feels like being stabbed with a knife or sharp glass. It is not a leg cramp. Both knees have a replacements and I have spinal stenois which seems to be getting worse. I take neurtin at bedtime for the back pain. This thigh pain started a couple of weeks ago.
