Lately I Been Having Back Aches My Breast Have Been

Lately I been having back aches my breast have been sore. Nauseas and constant head aches I have not had my period in about a month. I took two test they cane out negative then later that day I had white discharge could I be pregnant? And if so did I take the test too early??
P.s I think my implanon ran out in October.
