Lately I Been Having Random Bumps Appears Over My Body.

Lately I been having random bumps appears over my body. Mainly starting around my waist line , navel , buttock. Genitals , the itch subsided some . Then I realize a few bumps on my genitals inflame and become similar to mosquitos bites but with a black center of dot .. They are spread out , not consistent in rows clusters .. Can some one help ???
