Lately I Feel A Banging Sound And At The Same

Lately I feel a banging sound and at the same time my eyes feel like they are loose and wobbling inside my head and hard to read. Stays only for seconds but often - every few minutes....I am prone to migraines - cluster, grand mall, ocular, but I don't have either now....is this a different type of migraine or should I see a specialist?
