Lately I Have Been Getting Really Bad Nose Bleeds When

Lately I have been getting really bad nose bleeds when I cry and they last about 12-20 minutes. I do have a really stressful job but I don't think it has anything to do with it I've had my job for a year now and I haven't had a nose bleed in 5 years. It has happened 3 times in two weeks and it was a pouring out of my nose like crazy and wouldn't stop, is this something serious??
