Lately, I Have Been Having Weird Sensations Like Things Crawling

Lately, I have been having weird sensations like things crawling under my pant legs and something moving in my ear. I went to an ENT and my ear was fine, but the sensations continue. I keep thinking things are crawling on me, even in the arm of my jacket or I just have pulsing sensations on my leg. I have no psych issues and no previous nerve/back issues. Could this be the result of some kind of brain/neuro malformation?
