Lately I have been using tampons instead of pads for my periods and one day I accidentally fell asleep with one in for about 9-10 hours. Ever since then, I have been feeling pain inserting and removing it. I don't know what to do whether I should go to the doctor or if there is over the counter meds I can take to get rid of the pain.
