Lately I've Been Experiencing A Sensation In The Middle Of

Lately I've been experiencing a sensation in the middle of my back - cannot describe it as pain, but a sensation similar to have swallowed a huge air bubble and a sensation up into the right side of my neck.
It will last for a few minutes then it slowly subsides. Should I be worried?
