Lately Bout Month Now I Started Getting These Sudden Extreme

Lately bout month now i started getting these sudden extreme sweats even on bottoms of feet multiple times a day. aslo in same time frame about a month ill be walking in yard or anywhere and ill start getting numb areas tops and soles of feet hands arms legs where ever. not permanent feeling eventually returns. also I've had servere pains in my forearms wrists and hands bilaterally. also shortness or breath...i feel like i don't have room in my lungs to inhale...strange feeling..ussally I'm standing when this happens but i hold something till it passes to keep from falling or sit if i can. i was diagnosed couple years ago with copd but none of theses syptoms are close to what I'm going through.....please help
