Lately My Chest Has Been Paining Tremendous Amount. My Upper

Lately my chest has been paining tremendous amount. My upper back ranging to lower back hurts aswell. My arms and hand are in alot of pain. It also hurts when I inhale and exhale. I am nauseous and feel dizzy most of the time. I dp have athsma,could it be that? Or is it my heart?
