Lately My Feet Have Started Swelling Significantly And Painfully. I

Lately my feet have started swelling significantly and painfully. I also have developed a rash on my face (about 2 weeks into the feet swelling up). My feet are semi-ok during the day and swell up by the evening, to where they feel like they'll pop from the pressure. Any idea what may be causing this?
