Lately My Left Arm Has Felt Very Weak Like It

Lately my left arm has felt very weak like it has a heavy weight and lifeless. When I am holding the phone with my left hand, it shakes. My arm does feel very weak. My hand shakes if I am holding a document until I forcefully get control. I am concerned that I may be having a stroke or maybe a heart attack. I am a 63 year old women that has been pretty healthy. I was on a stressful job that I quit 4 weeks ago. I am not sure if stress can be a contributing factor. I work a job now that I absolutely love. Show I see a neurologist? Please advise.
