Lately, My Right Hand Has Been Going Numb. Not All

Lately, my right hand has been going numb. Not all the time just eery so often. usually in the morning when I wake up almost every day. And periodically through the day. This happened to me before a couple years ago; mbut I was taking methadone at the time and my doctor told me it was a side effect. Im currently not taking methadone anymore, so I don't know what it could be... im starting to get concerned, this is going on 2 weeks now. What do you think is the problem?- what can I do to stop it?
