Latelyn I have felt a lack of sexual desire and am worried about it. It's becoming an issue in my relationship. I have had previous vaginal trama could this be why im having problems now.? When having sex it starts to hurt and starts to swell which makes it hard to orgasm. My fiance finishes but I'm never able to and the only relief I get is taking cranberry pills to take the burn away. And it's an everytime thing help I'm broken and don't know what to do
