Left Buttock pain. I have just turned 66. I am currently employed as a 8th grade teacher at a urban Catholic school. Our school building is 85+ years old and has no elevators or A/C. That being said I was congratulating myself on my knees being better to climb the stairs. However, I have had a rather nagging butt ache, left buttock radiating to the center of the thigh about three inches down. I haven't fallen. I work to keep my magnesium, niacinamide levels up. I confess I am and always have been awful at exercising. I do not now nor have I ever smoked. Yes, I am overweight and have been overweight since childhood. 5'3" 225. I am taking 25mg of Lozartan Potassium. I take responsibility for stress eating - weight has been constant at 220 to 227 for the past two years. I do not have heartburn, I don't get many headaches, I will have some asthma symptoms due to allergy in spring and fall. I hate hot weather especially with high humidity. Nov. 12 will be 10 years since I had a complete hysterectomy with removal of ovaries - Uterine Cancer. I had postoperative abscesses, one was infected. I had radiation for 8 week (I think 8) that's all clear. I have fore foot problems not caused by diabetes. I had veins stripped in 1990 - which I have since regretted because since then my ankles swell.
