Left Groin Lymph Nodes Have All Been Removed Due To

Left groin lymph nodes have all been removed due to cancer back in 2003, injury or trauma to that leg going forward can cause swelling or lymph
edema as fluid can build up & takes longer to drain to other lymph nodes in body in absence of the left groin side. My question is pulled or poppe dmy hamstring in my left left a month or so ago & it was really sore but getting much better, but have noticed my left leg seems swollen, tight with lymphatic fluid build up. Could this be from the hamstring injury? Or another underlying issue?
