Left Lower Abdomen Pain And Discomfort A Couple Months. Ovarian

Left lower abdomen pain and discomfort a couple months. Ovarian cyst burst a month ago, constant dull ache since then. There are sharp pains often, but have become more frequent the past week. Nothing on TV ultrasound, blood & urine culture came back normal. Bowel and Urine output normal. I have a CT abd/pelv scheduled but wondering if someone has any clue what this could be. Everything I see online has other symptoms, I only have pain and sometimes nausea. Somedays are better than others than others with pain. The pain goes from back, ribs, to groin, but when doctor put pressure on my abdomen the pain was mostly in left pelvic area.
