Left Nostril Drips Clear Watery Fluid (not Mucous) Constantly For

Left nostril drips clear watery fluid (not mucous) constantly for past 8 months.
Breathing is clear and unobstructed in each nostril. No congestion.
Mild headache. Primarily in neck/skull base area. Sometimes widespread.
Headache is often alleviated by lying down
Dripping is not present first thing after getting up
Dripping increases when leaning forward or bending down
Antihistamines do not help at all. (Benedryl, Flonase, Allegra)
I do suffer seasonal allergies but this is not similar in any way to normal allergy symptoms (Headache near front of head which worsens when leaning forward, nasal congestion, itchy, watery eyes, postnasal drip, etc)
I have not seen my primary doctor yet but am wondering if I should and what I might expect.
