Left Side Of My Collarbone Is Hurting So Bad. I

Left side of my collarbone is hurting so bad. I currently have bronchitis, could the collarbone pain come from all the coughing that I'm currently doing? This is the first time my collarbone has ever hurted like this,I catch bronchitis a lot.. But I can't even touch my left collarbone with my fingers because it hurts too bad,plus it's very puffy around that particular area . Do you have any suggestions on what I can do please.
