Leg Pain When I Lay Down At Night So Severe

Leg pain when I lay down at night so severe I can't lay still it's not just in my legs it spread to my arms. It's like a poison that spreads through my body. Heat helps sometimes I have to take pain melds to get relieve. I'm very active during the day and I'm not usually bothered until I lay down at night. This is not new I have had this for years.
