Life expectancy for 69 year with Epilepsy, Hypertension, Type II Diabetes and history of brain tumors (one benign, one cancerous). He was also diagnosed a year ago with Encephalomalacia of the right frontal lobe. What future preparations would you recommend as far as housing, long-term care, etc?
