Like Most Of The People In This Blog, I About

Like most of the people in this blog, I about five days ago thought I had a pimple, boil, or something close by the rectum. Its now a small area away from that area on the inner butt cheek. That has a round, red, sensitive spot about two inches across with about 4 blister type bumps in the area. I've been using a hemorrhoid relief medicated pads and also am putting witch hazel on it and it has only gotten worse. What do you suggest.
