Looking For Some Guidance For My Husband...otherwise Extremely Healthy, He

Looking for some guidance for my husband...otherwise extremely healthy, he became ill a week ago, with severe to moderate headache with sharp pain at times, general lethargy, slightly elevated temp (37.8 max), slight pressure above the eyes, some early vomiting, no neck stiffness. no light sensitivity, no knocks on the head. After 1 week still same lethargy (inability to function - must lie down), headache has shifted from central and forehead area to left side of the head and has decreased in intensity, vomiting has ceased but little to no appetite, bloodwork has been completed but results are no back yet, blood pressure is fine and no other clinical symptoms...any thoughts?
